The news is that that Roshan Junior is all set to endeavor into a mega real estate project in the UAE.

Recently, Hrtithik was in Dubai along with SRK and other famous Bollywood personalities for the opening ceremony of the Atlantis Hotel. Hrithik confirmed that he will be endorsing a property deal in the UAE and that he will sign the contract papers in the beginning of next year. The actor also added that he would disclose all the details of this project once the deal would be finalized.

We hope that Hrithik would also able to pocket such a similar success.

Confirming the news, Zayed Khan told Mumbai Mirror, “My father is indeed making the Ramayan. It’s called The Legend of Rama. He has been planning this film for the last three years and looking for (someone) perfect to play Rama. And who but Hrithik could be the perfect choice for the role?”

It seems Amitabh Bachchan had agreed to play the role of Rama’s father Dashratha about two years ago. Zayed, of course, will play the younger brother Laxman.

The paper reports that Sanjay Khan and Fattukh Dhondy and Zayed Khan have co-scripted the film and that the actors are yet to be cast in the roles of Sita and Ravana.

“Sanjay Bhansali’s film is the only film that I’ve accepted after Kites. I just jumped at it. We’re both very passionate film persons.Though there’s one other script that I’m looking at, nothing touched my soul except Bhansali’s script,” Hrithik explained.

He also went on to reveal that Aishwarya will also be part of the cast and adds that the duo’s chemistry will depend on what the script allows them to do.

“It’s always about how committed and passionate the script allows us to be. Given Sanjay’s calibre I don’t see why we won’t be able to recreate the same chemistry again. The project is definitely going into a different territory, in more ways than one,” he told Mumbai Mirror.

Interestingly enough, Hrithik also claims to have thoroughly enjoyed Bhansali’s last film, Saawariya , but adds that the film didn’t do well because it wasn’t marketed properly.

Hrithik met his former doctor, Dr Ramesh Oza who had treated Hrithik for his speech impairment. In a rare recollection of his traumatic childhood Hrithik said, “All memories of my past difficulties came spilling out. When I met my doctor who treated me at age 14 for stammering I could barely control my emotions. It’s not easy to be a special child. You may be called ‘special’ to make you feel less troubled about your disability. But only a child who goes through the physical or psychological disability knows the trauma he goes through.”

Sharing his own trauma at Nanavati hospital was quite a liberating experience for the actor. “As someone who has a certain standing I feel it’s my duty to tell kids with disabilities to chill. It’s okay guys, I got over it, so will you.’ I think it’s very important for me to convey this message far and wide and I want to do it more often.”

“It’s all very well to look after your own immediate family and care for friends. But I believe money should also be used for the larger good. That’s what I realised on Sunday evening. I feel charity is a very selfish thing. I feel so good after doing it. I’m sure those who will benefit from my donation wouldn’t feel as good about life as I do,” said Hrithik the morning after the Nanavati wing for audio and speech disorders was inaugurated.

Hrithik donated Rs 20 lakh for the wing for special children. The wing has been named after his grandmother Ira Roshan, the late composer Roshan’s wife, and Rakesh and Rajesh Roshan’s mom.

Says Hrithik emotionally, “I shared some great times with my Daadi during my childhood and growing years. Today seeing my name along with hers and being associated with such a project, she must be smiling down.”

Indian newspapers today have been reporting that Salman Khan and Hrithik Roshan have been approached for a film together.

Apart from these two, Heroes makers Samir Karnik and Vikas Kapoor have also approached Abhishek Bachchan, Ajay Devgan and Bobby Deol for an adventure flick that they are planning to make. The duo has put aside Rs 90 crore for the big project and are close to finalising the deals with all actors concerned. Sexy actress Priyanka Chopra will be the only female lead in the flick.

The duo confirmed the rumour, saying, “We are finalising the script and nobody’s officially been signed so far. But, this being an adventurous project, we will require actors of that calibre to fit the roles. We have bounced the script with a few of them and all are very excited.”
